Delivery & Shipping

We deliver lighting, fans and heating Australia-wide.

What it costs

Orders of $149 or more ship free anywhere in Australia. Below that, a flat $12.95 applies to standard metropolitan addresses.

Oversized freight, remote-area addresses and split consignments are calculated at checkout. Whatever you are shown before paying is what you pay — we do not add freight to an order after the fact.

Dispatch

In-stock orders leave within 2–3 business days, with tracking emailed to you when the consignment is collected. Items ordered in take longer; if that applies to anything on your order we will tell you.

How long it takes to arrive

  • Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra metro — 1 to 4 business days
  • Adelaide, Hobart, regional NSW/VIC/QLD — 3 to 8 business days
  • Perth, Darwin, remote areas — 6 to 12 business days

Carrier estimates after dispatch, not guarantees.

Do not book the electrician yet

Wait until the goods are with you and the cartons are open. This is the most common way a lighting order goes wrong, and the cost of a tradesperson waiting on a late courier is not something we are able to cover.

Bulky and long items

Ceiling fans, outdoor heaters and profile lengths travel as bulky freight and cannot go to a PO Box — over 1 metre or over 20kg and Australia Post will not carry it. We will contact you for a street address, which delays dispatch.

Authority to leave

If you ask for a delivery to be left unattended, it is at your risk once the courier leaves it. We can request proof of delivery, but we cannot replace a parcel delivered as instructed.

Damaged in transit

Check the order on arrival. If anything is damaged, photograph the packaging and the fitting before unpacking further and contact us within 7 days. Reporting later does not affect your rights for faulty goods — it only affects what the carrier will accept.

Before you order

Check the specification, particularly cut-out size for downlights and blade span for fans. Getting those right before the electrician arrives prevents the most common cause of a return.
